Publishing periodical summary reports on competitiveness in the ICT sector in the SEE countries, coordinated in consultation with eSEE/bSEE representatives and taking into consideration already available relative reports (SEE Observatory, INA SEE ICT Monitoring Re view, NRA reports, SEE ICT Labor Benchmark Reports, etc. – EITO support needed!).

Provide access to public data to the private sector that are developing ICT content and services (e.g. roads, maps, directions, weather info for applications used when crossing borders).

Establish private sector National Contact Points, which are the SEE ICT Forum Board Members, at the same time acting as a Private Sector Advisory Committee of the CeGD. The NCPs will be responsible for providing links between the private sector associations and the Governments in their respective countries to be used by the ICT Forum, and for creation of PPPs and establishment of a Centers of Excellence or a Competence Centers.
