The 3rd Forum was attended by over 35 regional ICT Stakeholders and representatives of IT firms and vendors. The topics discussed included the private sector input concerning the eSEE Agenda Plus implementation process. The SEE ICT Private Sector Forum confirmed the interest to form the Private Sector Advisory Committee (PSAC) of the CeGD and decided to establish an executive Board that would focus on promoting the ICT Forum activities in the region. It was decided that the Heads of regional ICT Associations would be asked to join the Board as Members.
The agenda of the 3rd Forum included the following topics:
- EU Programme i2010 and the priorities of the Slovenian EU Presidency in ICT and SEE
- SEE ICT Sarajevo Ministerial Conference Declaration and eSEE Agenda Plus
- Establishment and role of the Center for eGovernance Development in SEE
- Appointment of the Board of the SEE ICT Forum and Private Sector Advisory Committee for CeGD
